We have been manufacturing top quality knives for over 80 years, catering to all industry (and specialty) needs.

Our ranges include knives for use in meat processing, fish processing, and shellfish processing. We can also custom make knives to suit your individual needs.

The stainless steel blade hardness is 54-56 RC. The Victory stainless blade has a sub-zero quench after hardening. The benefit is a strong, hard and wear resistant blade with improved edge retention.

Blades can be hollow ground upon request. A limited selection of blades are available in carbon steel.

We can also modify blade shapes to suite your request.
